This certification is required to
sell and service the powerful Time Matters practice management software.
Certification is held for the Personal, Professional, Enterprise and World
versions of the software. We are certified from Version 4.0 to Version
7.0.
Microsoft Certified
Professional (MCP)
A Microsoft Certified Professional
is a computer professional that has the knowledge and skills required to
install, maintain and support Microsoft software. Certification has been
completed for Windows NT Server Administration, and Windows NT Workstation in
addition to others.
Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer credential is the
premier certification for professionals who analyze the business requirements
for a system architecture, design solutions, deploy, install, and configure
architecture components, and troubleshoot system problems. Certification
is held for both NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.
Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I)
The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer credential is the premier
certification for professionals who analyze the business requirements for a
system architecture, design solutions, deploy, install, and configure
architecture components, and troubleshoot system problems especially in an
internet environment.
Certified Netware Administrator
(CNA)
CNAs provide on-site administration for software users in a variety of
work environments, including professional offices and small businesses,
workgroups or departments, and corporate information services (IS). In short,
CNAs handle the day-to-day administration of an installed Novell networking
product. Certification has been completed for Netware 3, Netware 4,
Intranetware, Netware 5, and Netware 6.
Certified Netware
Engineer (CNE)
Novell certifications are recognized worldwide as the standard
of excellence for supporting Novell's Internet, network and groupware
products. A CNE is one who installs, maintains, and supports Novell network
LANs and WANs. Certification has been completed for Netware 3, Netware
4, Intranetware, Netware 5, and Netware 6.
Master Certified
Netware Engineer (MCNE)
Novell's Master CNEs are the industry's leading integration
specialists. This certification is recognized as the highest level of
technical certification you can achieve in the IT industry. As a Master CNE,
you have advanced skills required to provide solutions to complex networking
problems that may span across several different platforms.
Enterprise
Certified Netware Engineer (ECNE)
Before the advent of Master Certified Netware Engineer, was
the ECNE. This certification is similar to MCNE, and was replaced by MCNE when
Novell announced the MCNE program. As an ECNE you have acquired the skills to
provide Wide Area Networking to clients on different platforms.
Cisco Certified
Network Administrator (CCNA)
This
certification recognizes the bearer as having completed Cisco Networks
training on the use of Cisco routers and has an in depth understanding of
network protocols, topology and wide area network concepts.
Project Management Certificate
This
certification recognizes advanced training in the area of project
management. The holder of this certification understands how to
initiate, execute and finish short and long term projects, how to work with
subcontractors and other members of the team, and how to deal with conflict
and problem resolution.
Instructor
Diploma Program (PID)
This is a government sponsored, University accredited course
to equip people to train adults in various types of skills. It is basically a
diploma in Adult education promoted by the Ministry of Skills, Training and
Labour. It teaches proficiency in training skills for both adult learners and
others.
